Highly intuitive and perceptive and known for her great clarity, Ruth brings to her coaching sessions; workshops and writing, experience of personal development work acquired over the last 15 years. A qualified Life Coach, Ruth has studied with both Newcastle College and The Coaching Academy.

Ruth's Co-Counselling background, and other work with people, have all contributed to her listening and questioning skills which play such a vital role in coaching. Clients report a feeling of safety and ease in opening up and discussing issues in their coaching partnership with her.

Having experienced low confidence and self-esteem in the past but also the joy of breaking through limiting beliefs; discovering new capabilities and achieving things she would previously not have deemed possible, Ruth is now in a position to help you develop greater confidence and self-esteem; expand your awareness of your own capabilities; define your dreams; step out of your comfort zone, stretch yourself; explore and celebrate your potential; and enjoy life to the full.

Her experience of a variety of life challenges and changes including divorce, redundancy, career change and bereavement has equipped her with an understanding of many issues her clients face, and compassion for their situations. She has experience of both the realms of employment and self-employment, having worked in education, IT, and as a complementary therapist before moving into Life Coaching and training.

Ruth believes that we are each unique and talented beings with great gifts often still waiting to be expressed. She believes that moving towards the true expression of our nature and realisation of our full potential, leads the individual to a happy, fulfilled life - a life with passion - which has benefits for all those around them; and brings joy and all manner of gifts to the world.
